What are the modes of payment?

Payment by credit/debit card and PayNow are accepted.

How do I know I have successfully registered?

All registered participants will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration to the email address used at time of registration.

I registered but did not receive any confirmation email and receipt

Please allow up to 15 minutes to receive your confirmation email. If this time period has lapsed, there are several reasons you did not receive the confirmation email:

It could be in your spam/junk folder;
Registration was unsuccessful;
The email address entered at the time of registration is incorrect.

Please email events@fireflyconnections.org to let us know, so we can check your registration status. Do provide us with your name and registration time and date.

I have registered for the walk but have injured myself or unable to attend the walk.

All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable to any future events. We seek your understanding on this.

I have missed the registration deadline. Can I still join the walk?

Unfortunately, not. All registrations must be completed by Sunday, 23 Jun 2024, 11.59pm.

What is the minimum age requirement to participate in this event?

There is no minimum age. Families with young children are encouraged to come walk as a family. However, individuals under the age of 18 must obtain parental or legal guardian consent to register for this event.

Can I change my T-shirt size?

Yes, participants may change your T-Shirt size before 23 Jun 2024, subject to availability. Please log in to your participant account to make the change.

What must I bring for collection?

Kindly have with you your registration confirmation email.

Can someone collect on my behalf?

Yes, please present the confirmation email to our collection staff for verification.

Is there a bag deposit and where will it be located?

There is no bag deposit available. Participants are advised to travel light.

What do I have to bring on Event Day?

All participants are encouraged to wear the event tee-shirt and travel light, carrying only essentials such as water and poncho in case of wet weather.

Is there shuttle service available to get to the event venue?

There will be no shuttle bus service provided. Participants are encouraged to head to the venue via public transport.

Will there be a refund if the walk is called off due to bad weather?

No refunds will be made if the walk is cancelled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. We seek your understanding on this.

Are babies, baby strollers, prams or wheelchairs allowed on the walk?

Yes. Huttons x OneMillionTrees Sustainability Walk 2024 is an inclusive and simple walk. In fact, we strongly encourage you to come and walk as a family.

Are pets allowed on the walk?

Yes, but pet owners should practise responsible behaviour and be mindful of other participants.
