As Singapore's largest private real estate agency, Huttons is one of the key players in the built environment industry. Huttons strongly believes in sustainable development and greening our environment to help the nation achieve its long-term net zero emissions aspirations by 2050.

On 28 June 2023, Huttons announced its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) framework across four key pillars; Contribute to Sustainability and Green City, Build Trust and a Meaningful Future, Enable AI & Digital Adoption, and Support the Community.

Through collaboration with CPF Board at CPF Bishan building, Huttons has been recycling and upcycling materials and gadgets in the office. Associates and staff are also encouraged to bring their own bottles or mugs, plus, source for reusable corporate gifts. Other targets include reducing the use of bottled water and plastic bags by 50% in 2024 and progressively shifting to LED lights in the office.
